Is this an abnormal amount of food?
I would suggest www.thedailyplate.com when determining calorie content in food. And as the other guy said, don't worry about today, or the past two days. They are not going to destruct your diet and weight. It may be affected, but the important thing is to not eat to little the next couple days. Go right back to normal and eat how you usually do. If you cut back too much tomorrow, your body won't like it and you will not lose anything long-term, trust me. Just realize that you may have gone overboard today and let it help you get a handle on tomorrow. Try to work in some exercise to move things along. :)
