Religiously speaking, is it actually possible to act selfless?

No its not, because everything you do is likely to be to get you into heaven...if your an atheist then its likely you will do it so you feel you helped someone and you will feel warm and fuzzy inside....as for getting into heaven w/o believing in jesus, I would imagine so... Im not a Christan , but I am a theist sort of and I believe it would be ridiculous to send a good person to hell just because they didn't believe in a book ...If god really wanted us to have 1 religion he would ...oh I don't know made it so less other religions developed
