I have made pot roast in a crock pot before but seeing I dont have one at the time..I figured I would try it the traditional way (in the oven). I have a 5lb seasoned pork roast and I am trying to figure out the time, temperature and steps to cook it for it to be as juicy and tender as possible for my few guests that are coming over tonite. Any recipes or ideas you have could be a great help! Thanks
