Why did Obama change his mosque vote to "PRESENT"?

That's exactly why I'm so angry at Obama. Why won't you comment? There may be laws preventing us from doing anything about it being built but there's no law against commenting on the wisdom... Why can't he express publically what many Americans feel? "I hope that the imam understands the sensitivity of the situation for the American people and that he will consider moving the mosque to a different location for the sake of relations between muslims & everyone else" Boom. People would not have hated him so much. But instead he's obviously chose to be their representative rather than America's. His job is to represent americans & he failed.
