If the mother in law doesn't trust you then you are in for a long ride. I suggest regaining the trust of the mother in law if you are innocent. If you are guility then maybe you are in the wrong relationship, it should never come to that. either way you, your wife, and mother and law need to have a serious heart to heart or father in law will be having a boot to talk
