Why is it so difficult to see that Affirmative Action hurts EVERYONE!?

Who does it benefit? Blacks and Latinos? No, because instead of being acknowledged for their hard work and accomplishments, it's umed they got to where they are due to affirmative action practices. Women? No, because it is umed they achieved their position because of their . It's specifically designed to work AGAINST white men, so if someone could clear up exactly what the benefit is, I'd appreciate it.
