What happened to all the good sitcoms?

Everybody Loves Raymond, Friends, Seinfeld, Fraiser, Cheers,. Hell the WB in my local area was running some decent things to get me through untill they became the CW. The King of Queens is in its last season. My Boy's is ok. When is another great one going to come along?
