Whats gatsbys appearance in The Great Gatsby ?

This is about the 10th time this has been asked. Robert Redford played him in the last re-make of the Novel. I would think he would be a good candidate for Gatsby's look. Though I believe he is never actually described. BTW there was never a single sentence written by F S Fitzgerald I could abide - He and Hemingway are the most overrated authors in the America.
