The practice of Taqiyya (Google it) allows Islamic faithfuls to lie to "infidels" in order to hide true intent?

It's pretty simple if you worship the Koran and you believe in it you abide by it which includes murdering innocent people, if you don't believe every word, then you don't believe in your religion, you can't be like so called liberal Christians that only believe in the parts of the bible that is comfortable for thier life style.
