Is this normal behaviour from a school teacher?

To notice little things such as what I wear and how I do my hair and if I am gaining or losing weight and commenting on it. For him to look at me and watch how I work and always ask me questions such as what I like to eat, what my parents do, questions about my family and where I live. To walk past me in the corridor and if I do not see him or look at him, getting cheeky saying why don't you talk to me and calling me a snob? Is it normal for him to tell another teacher I absolutely hate him when I don't and am always polite to him and for me to have a word to me saying he is a close friend and nobody should dislike him. I don't say anything and have never said this, I just go along with it to be polite. I am a little creeped out by his actions but don't want to say anything about it. He gives me the creeps but I am always polite and try my hardest. Why would he talk to me like this?
