Is it me, or are the Oakland Athletics the financial genius of baseball?

Those moves were good, however the moving of Harden to the Cubs and Haren to the Diamondbacks as of now does not look good. Gallagher was never great and he has yet to impress me. Eveland has not impressed me either. Matt Holliday has been terrible in the clutch so far and I expect his numbers to shrink now that he is away from Coors. I don't think Beane is bad, but I don't think he is great either.
