In need of whitty ENCOURAGING comments for senior skit....more inside?

so our senior skit is on friday/saturday. It is a beauty pagent thingy. WE have guys AND girls .. well the guys are portraying girls. I am a judge, and they want me to be kind of like paula abdul.. i need a comment for 6 "girls" making it to the finals. A comment for someone loing for a talent. and then a comment for 6 "girls" modeling swimwear.. if any one has ANY ideas i would love the help because i just can't think of anything funny and encouraging to say.
