I have been cheated by my apartment complex. Where can I post my bad experience so others will know.?

We made a mistake when we moved into the apartment last week after signing the lease. It was dirty. I paid the deposit almost a month in advance. I trusted them bec. i thought it was the same as before when we used to live there 6 years ago.I asked the leasing agent to have it cleaned but she said it's not their responsibility anymore bec. we accepted it already at it's state. So now we end steaming the carpet, cleaning all the toilets bec. they are not just dirty but filthy and a lot of dusting all over. The name of the complex by the way is Lake Princess Anne Townvillas at 23456. What can I do to make other apartment shopers aware of this so it doesn't happen to them.
