How do I start my own reo trash out/property preservation buisness?

I'm know what goes into working for a trash out company when I was a bit younger. I want to start my own buisness in the south burbs of Chicago and North West Ind. I can't find anything online that not trying to sell a product on how to get rich by doing this. I want to start but do not know how to start where to start? I know about the job and how to do it, but getting a liscense bonded insured do you have to take cles. What the sucess rate is etc. We are a hardworking family that's honest and want to start or own buisness anybody guide us how to do this thanks take care
