How do I cope with betrayal from a sibling?

Your sister only tells you those things because she loves you. They may not be hers. Then again they could be hers but that doesn't mean she betrayed you. She is at a different stage in her life than where you are right now. You will be going through those things shortly, being a teenager is hard. Don't hate her or take her warnings as lies, they were warnings from good intentions.
