Hi, I'm computer illiterate. Posting resume online. How can i download as a file? Ed?

Really would like this job but my computer skills are suspect. Trying to send my resume over the internet but unsure about how to send it as a file. Want to make sure recruiter gets my resume. Thanks. Ed
