Copa america refree contreversy?

Should the Copa America have been played in Venezuela, considering the political issues they have going over there. Also with the fear that they might try and fix games in their favor as was the case in the game between Peru and Venezuela. clearly the ref was in their favor and he just waited for the right time to completely go on their side so things wont look so obvious. Should the Conmebol federation have reconsidered where they would have this tournament played? I mean even the stadiums arent the best of stadiums ever used for this tournament, most of their so called " Soccer Stadiums" are really Baseball stadiums that they converted for soccer, because really Baseball is all the play and they dont even do that all that well, but thats another discussion for another day. Venezuela Soccer does not even have a history of great players, as peru who has el nene cubias, or argentina with mardona, brazil with pele, etc."
